“Come seek, for search is the foundation of fortune: every success depends upon focusing the heart.” ~ Rumi There are many challenges in life that can seem too overwhelming to manage. But with the right support and tools, these obstacles can be seen as gifts. I have twelve years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families, in a variety of settings.

I specialize in intermodal expressive arts therapy, with a concentration in the area of art therapy practices. I enjoy incorporating a holistic treatment approach; thus utilizing the creative arts process to help my clients discover themselves. I also have my certificate in the integrative psychotherapy method of EMDR, for the treatment of trauma.

I provide a very warm, supportive and relaxed environment to my clients. I also believe in utilizing one’s spirituality as a strength within the therapeutic process, in order to access the benefits of healing one’s self to achieve a more joy-filled life.
